PUTNAM COUNTY (WIBQ) - Two separate accidents on Interstate 70 caused major traffic problems for drivers Wednesday evening. An accident near Putnam County in the eastbound lane brought traffic to a snail's pace when another car hit the back of a semi that had slowed down in the traffic. One person was taken to the hospital.
