(Minneapolis, MN)  --  A Minneapolis police officer who shot a fleeing teenager several times back in 2006 has been justified by a federal court.  The appeals court affirmed a jury's decision that officer Jason Andersen did not use excessive force in the shooting outside a Minneapolis elementary school.  Nineteen-year-old Fong Lee sued the city, but an investigation determined he did have a gun at the time, despite claims of being unarmed.
