(Gaylord, MI)  --  State lawmakers may have to make some revisions to Michigan's ban on feeding deer.  On Friday, a judge in Otsego County ruled the law is too vague in ruling in favor of a Gaylord man who was ticketed by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment when deer ate from his bird feeders.  Ken Borton had a webcam set up to let people watch birds feed in his yard, and the DNRE said the deer that would occasionally eat the bird seed on the ground meant he was in violation of the law.  Borton fought the citation.  DNRE officials have not commented on the ruling.
