(Dorr Twp.) - The first full week of signature gathering begins for opponents of a proposed 1.6 million-dollar sewer project along 142nd Street in Dorr Township. Petition language seeking the recall of the supervisor, clerk, treasurer and four trustees on charges of violating the state’s Open Meetings Act was approved last week. Eight hundred signatures are needed by November 20th to put the recall issue before voters early next year.
