SEYMOUR, Wis. (WTAQ) - Seymour residents could decide if the mayor will be recalled. Bob Tregoning has filed a recall petition. He's accusing Mayor Kenneth Rottier of abuse of power, not following proper procedure and violating state law. Rottier has called Tregoning a disgruntled citizen. The city clerk has 30 days to verify the signatures. If it is successful, an election could be held in January. The mayor is up for re-election in April.
