(Wasilla, AK) -- It's not her fault.
At least that's what the Former Alaska Governor wants you to believe after getting a speeding ticket in Wassilla Alaska. Police clocked her going 63-miles-per-hour, when the posted speed limit was 45.
She accepted the citation, and will reportedly pay the 154-dollar ticket. But she tells TMZ she's not entirely at fault.Saying she "wasn't speeding" but "was qualifying," Palin explains that she couldn't help but put the pedal to the metal because Hagar's classic "I Can't Drive 55" was on the radio at the time.
Palin has at least one thing in common with Sammy Hagar -- she can't drive 55 either. And she certainly can't do 45.
