President Obama is expected to sign an executive order creating a new government team to make sure China and others play by the rules.  Obama’s plan calls for creation of a new Interagency Trade Enforcement Unit.  Coalition for a Prosperous American Executive Director Michael Stumo (stoo-moe) says the move is a good first step but more needs to be done to bring trade violators like China under control
