What he is talking about is the Californian mother who was termed "legally insane" by officials when she drowned her own daughter in 2010 was freed on Wednesday from the Stanislaus County jail by psychiatrists who claim she's regained her sanity.
Basing his ruling on psychiatric reports, a judge ordered the killer, Jennifer Bigham , freed yesterday in spite of her savage murder of her 3-year-old girl in a bathtub.
According to a Stanislaus County police source, two of the killer's relatives heard the little girl's splashing screams emanating from Bigham's bathroom but the child it was too late to save the victim.
The handling of this particular homicide was unique in that Bigham wasn't sentenced to a mental hospital after she was found not guilty by reason of insanity, but the judge sent her to jail.
The doctors who were instrumental in having Bigham pronounced insane at the time of the killing in were the same psychiatrists who testified that she's now a sane person.
Sounds like the doctors are themselves INSANE for allowing this murderer to walk free.
