I saw this story late last week while I was on sick leave at home and am only now commenting on it.  The reason being that my immediate sickeness from this story has finally eased up to the point where I can make a statement.  And that statement is GROSS!  I understand that a Mother's love nknows no bounds, but surely it has to know right from terribly, terribly wrong doesn't it???

This is the story about the Mother who during a jailhouse visit to her jailbird son actually passed him drugs via a french kiss.  Thats right, the infamous tongue kiss credited to the French, now between a Mother and her son. GROSS SQUARED!

Officials in Penn Yan, NY, say Kimberly Margeson,54,passed two Oxycodone painkiller pills to her 30-year-old, William Partridge by french kissing him during a jailhouse visit.

New York State police say 54-year-old Margeson passed two Oxycodone pills to her 30-year-old son, William Partridge, by french-kissing him during a jailhouse visit, MSNnow reported.

Margeson was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony, and second-degree promoting prison contraband, a misdemeanor while Partridge was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband, according to the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle.

Margeson pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Middlesex Town Court and was remanded to the Yates County Jail and released in lieu of $2,000 cash bail, deputies said, according to the Elmira Star Gazette.

Partridge, who has been in the jail since Jan. 26 on an unrelated felony weapon possession charge, is scheduled to be arraigned on the misdemeanor in Penn Yan Village Court on Feb. 11, according to PressConnects.com.

Maybe she will have a friend of hers pass her the bail money via a handshake?!?  I wonder how Partridge will explain to the lifers in prison why extra time has been added to his sentence?
