The WashingtonExaminer.com website has been running a very revealing expose of President Barack Hussein Obama. The things shared within these various chapters paints a picture of Obama that the mainstream media hasn't investigated let alone reported on.
It's as if his background isn't important enough to be the lead off story on every nightly news network program. Just his sound bites, broken promises (not noted as such), and rhetoric that seems to only resonate with the Obama faithful. However now tt seems that more and more Americans are getting that glimpse regardless.
Here is an excerpt from chapter one of the portrait about Obama's childhood where we find that it was one of priviledge rather than hardship.
Richard Pollack writes about:
Chapter I
A childhood of privilege, not hardship
First lady Michelle Obama told the Democratic National Convention that "Barack and I were both raised by families who didn't have much in the way of money or material possessions."
It is a claim the president has repeated in his books, on the speech-making circuit and in countless media interviews. By his account, he grew up in a broken home with a single mom, struggled for years as a child in an impoverished Third World country and then was raised by his grandparents in difficult circumstances.
The facts aren't nearly so clear-cut.
