So, today I received an email that I found to be very interesting.  Knowing how liberals are always ready to defend (or deflect), I can't wait for the fallout on this one.  If in fact there will BE any.

The email stated that recently President Obama was seen without his wedding ring.  Okay I thought to myself.  I often remove my ring when I shower so it doesn't fall off and I will from time to time forget to put it back on.  So what makes the President's missing ring any different?  Let me continue.  This email stated that along with the missing wedding ring the president was also not wearing his watch.  Again, whats so strange about that?

What the author of the email was trying to suggest is that Obama must be Muslim since he isn't wearing his wedding ring or watch.  There are two problems with this logic...and I am no Obama supporter, but rather a messenger of truth to the best of my ability.  And the first truth (problem) is that Ramadan doesn't begin in sunset on September 20th (the 21st in North America).  And the second truth (problem) is that there are NO RULES restricting the wearing of jewelry.  The only thing that I found was that one can wear whatever they want as long as the outfit is "respectful and not self appealing.

So the fact that the President isn't wearing his jewelery could be just what the Whitehouse says that it is: A jewelry cleaning and nothing more.
