DO NOT TRY AGAIN!  Thats the advice that I have for this German chap who decided to either jump into a pool that he didn't know was frozen, or, he believed that he would be able to break through the frozen ice.  Either way, the end result is hilarious...at least it was to his friends and me.  What about you?
