Yesterday I came across a very disturbing headline that read:

US Envoy Secretly Offered Troops in Iraq after 2011

The key words are not "Troops In Iraq After 2011", but the word "Secretly".  That certainly doesn't speak of the transparency that the current administration promised. Click on the headline to be taken to the story, and please leave your comments below.
