It appears that President Barack Obama's choice to replace the retiring Justice Stevens is facing additional scrutiny over her sexual orientation. If Elena Kagan is a lesbian do you think that she should be on the highest court in the nation? Or better stated, would you want a homosexual on the highest court possibly having to hear cases involving homosexuality? Could we trust that she would be impartial? And if she is not a homosexual, should her lack of Judicial experience stop her appointment? In other words does being the former Dean Of Harvard Law qualify her to be a Supreme Court Justice?
