From Karen Kucher, staff writer for The Union Tribune "San Diego police on Friday were investigating five vehicles in Mira Mesa that were found spray painted, some with racial slurs and swastikas.
Officers were called shortly before 6:45 a.m. when residents discovered the damaged vehicles on Westview Parkway near Black Mountain Road. It was not known when the vehicles were painted.
Two trucks had racial slurs and swastikas painted on them in white paint and two just had paint on them, said police Officer Kristen Adams. A fifth vehicle had the words “$ ain’t nothing” painted on it in blue paint and officers were trying to determine if it was part of the same incident, Adams said."
And now ON A MORE SILLY NOTE:
This is my new "trip hat" that I bought tonight when Dan and I were walking in down town. I had to buy it because the early evenings and nights are kind of chilly, and my bald head isn't doing so good. I would have HAD a hat to wear IF I didn't leave it on the AIRPLANE! So I had to buy another one and couldn't find a beannie.
