This is a headline that we might see in the near future based upon a recent ruling on women going topless in public. The ruling handed down by Boulder Housing Partners allows tenants to go topless outside. 52-year-old Catharine Pierce is ecstatic to learn that will be able to keep gardening the way she likes; topless! Thats right. Apparently Catherine's landlords in the complex where she rented didn't enjoy her gardening wearing only a yellow thong and pink gloves. So she took her story to the City Housing Authority,, whose spokesperson, Betsey Martens with the city housing authority noted Wednesday that the Boulder City Council recently voted to continue to exempt female toplessness from a ban on public nudity. Martens said the council's action reflects the community's values. WOW, thats some community! I wonder what some of the other "community values" are???
