THE GUN SITUATION
Senator Coburn,(r) and Senator Schumer are in "near" agreement over bckground checks for the purchase ofa a weapon.  Any gun purchase would require a background check be on file.  A question arises on where the records should be kept, and if a neighbor sells  gun to the man next door, should the neighbor conduct a backgoumnd check and keep the record in a safe place?  It all becomes a little rediculous. The result may be a modidfication of the background check and require it from gun dealers only.  I assume that would mean gun shows as well.
