I knew something dire was about to happen when suddenly Blondie diaappeared from the pages of the Holland Sentinel.  Just a few days later, the announcement came that the paper would stop publishing a Saturday edition.  Since I usually get up early, eat breakfast and read the newspaper.  I thought I better start thinking about what I was going to do to fill the time I uaually spent on sbsorbing the news and doing the crossword.  I had not even begun the list when BAM! Along comes the United Stated Postoffice with the declaration that they would cease delivery of mail in August.  I thought of the millions of people, especially seniors that would be standing by their windows on that first Saturday of non-delivery looking in vain for the delivery of those bundles of catalogs and boxholders to read on the weekend.  

I think I will sleep in until the time for the usual mail delivery is past. Any other good suggestions?
