WHAT IS OLD?

My son called me last week to inform me he has decided to retire. He has been fornatunate to have work in an area (Kingman, AZ) where jobs are not plentiful.  He has been working in a plant that manufactures insulation, but due to the downturn in the economy, the plant is being mothballed, putting 89 people out of work at the end of October.  Having just turned 62, he is elegible for Social Security and should be ok, although he will not be flush with cash.  Most people in the plant will collect unemployment and  after that they will join the millions who make up ths forgotten.  Is Geo Bush to blame?
