WELCOME TO THE THIRTY HOUR WEEK!

The new health law contains a provision which redefines a full time week as an average of 30 hours.  What will happen to the work week?  Will many employers cut the work week to twenty nine hours to avoid paying health insurance to their workers? This could be an answer for small business to avoid paying insurance and the fine for not paying for insurance.  Will labor laws change to make 30 hours the norm and all over 30 will be overtime?  WAIT AND SEE.
