The Supreme Court ruling on the health plan leaves a lot of questions unanswered. 

Apparently they favor a "tax" plan to pay for the plan.  Will this be a payroll tax taken out of pay checks like Social Security?  If so, does anyone have a idea how much that will be and will it constantly increase?  Will employers share the payments?  I am left with a lot of questions and you probably are as well.  The president repeatedly assured us that the plan would reduce costs, and the Act was not an attempt to raise taxes.  Really??
