just got my auto insurance bill, which had quite an increase on it, due to the increase in the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association,  The annual cost increase is $29.94 per vehicle.  Perhaps the legislature should look into some tort reform before the cost of owning a vehicle becomes something only the top 1% can afford.
