Michigan had lost a good man in the person of Bill Van Reggenmorter who died last Sunday at age 73.  Bill served in the Michigan Legislature many years and was admired on both sides of the aisle.  His drive to enact The Victims Bill Of Rights was never ending, and after his retirement, he continued it as a Foundation.  Bill traveled to many other states to spread the word and many stats used the Michigan law as a model.  He was a man of principle and practiced it.
