Did we make a mistake in allowing some of the more powerful fireworks into Michigan?

Apparently many people do not realize the danger in the mishandleing  of fireworks.  We are hearing people shoot them off into the wee hours of the morning.  With the dry conditions we have now, the place you use them is very critical.  Fireworks are suspect in a large church fire in Grand Rapids  A bottle rocket can start a fire on a rooftop/  It does not take much of a spark to start dry gress on fire.  

This is the first time in a long time we can use them, so don't misuse them.  

Many years age we use to buy an assortment of fireworks for around six dollars.  the family would get together on Fourth of July Night and shoot them off.  It was lots of fun.

Don't abuse the new found joy of really celebrating the Fourth by misusing the privelige.  It could result in a total prohibition  of fireworks next year.
