Because, I seem to have a problem wih intestinal blockage (four times in eight years), I am on a low fiber diet. Usually they preach, "get fibre in you" but the diet is ahardly that.
I sit down to a breakafaast of creeam of wheat, I slice of white toast, 1/2 cup canned fruit and a cup to tea or coffee.
It goes on like that through the day--for dinner, I can splurge on 3 ounces of chicken breast-no skin.
Thankfully this will end soon, but I'm off pop-corn for life.
Life is worth it, isn't it?
