HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE NOW ON WELFARE?

The numbers keep on going up, due to unemployment and population increases.  With the encouragement of the president and others in the administration to stay on food stamps, the increases in welfare has been dramatic. According to the census bureau, there are now over 100milion people on welfare.
