I came across this article based on research from Pennsylvania State University and an article from Jo-Ann Heslin, MA, RD, CDN - Food and Nutrition Columnist - HealthNewsDigest.com ...that SOUP may be the key to helping you become "thin."
Not that it's a magic potion, but it's because a few key reasons:
-Women who ate soup at lunch consumed less calories overall than if they didn't have soup.
-You "feel" like you've been given a substantial amount of food which = satisfaction
-It takes longer to eat..
