Circuit 2: (perform 3 times)
10 Preacher Curls - 10 Cable Tricep Extensions - 25 Lunge Hops
Circuit 3: (Perform 3 times)
10 Cable Curls (each arm) - 10 Weighted Tricep Bench Dips - 25 Squat Jumps
