Flying Dutchmen To Host High School Holiday Shootout Next Month

Ring in the new year by joining the Hope College Men’s Basketball team as it hosts the inaugural high school Hope Holiday Shootout on Friday, Jan. 3, and Saturday, Jan. 4, at DeVos Fieldhouse. 

The weekend will feature high school boys basketball programs from four Michigan high schools, including freshmen, junior varsity and varsity teams. 

To cap the Hope Holiday Shootout, the Flying Dutchmen will play a game of their own against Edgewood (Wis.) on Jan. 4 at 7 p.m. at DeVos Fieldhouse.

One-day tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students/children. Tickets for both days are $10 per person and include bleacher seating for the Hope College Men’s game on Saturday.

Tickets will be available through the Hope College ticket office in the DeVos Fieldhouse located at 222 Fairbanks Ave, and online at www.hope.edu/ticketoffice beginning Friday Dec. 20, 2013. 

The Hope Ticket Office will close for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. The ticket office will reopen on Friday, Jan. 3 at 10 a.m. Tickets can be purchased online at www.hope.edu/ticketoffice while the ticket office is closed.
